Aluminium
100% recyclable material
At Iberalc, we work with a material that combines advanced technical performance with genuine environmental commitment: aluminium. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and highly conductive, aluminium is also infinitely recyclable, making it a strategic raw material for the most demanding sectors.
Its ability to remain in circulation without degradation not only reduces environmental impact but also strengthens the technical and economic viability of long-term solutions. At Iberalc, this philosophy is reflected in transformation and finishing processes—such as technical and decorative anodising—designed to maximise performance and durability in every project.
The figures speak for themselves: 92% of the aluminium currently used in industrial processes comes from recycled material, resulting in energy consumption up to 95% lower than primary production. Furthermore, 70% of all aluminium produced since the 19th century is still in use today, thanks to its mechanical properties remaining intact after multiple recycling cycles.
Production process

In our production line, we avoid the use of polluting substances such as hexavalent chromium, traditionally used in metal finishing. Instead, we rely on clean technologies and advanced processes such as electrolytic anodising, combined with high-precision mechanical and chemical polishing, enabling us to achieve the bright, uniform finish that distinguishes our products.
This uncompromising approach to quality without environmental trade-offs aligns with the current demands of sectors such as architecture, industry and design, which require durable, responsible and technically flawless solutions.

Waste management
Circular economy: transforming waste into new resources
At Iberalc, we firmly believe in the circular economy as a driver of innovation and sustainability. That is why we implement an active waste valorisation policy, where every by-product of our process is given a second life in other industries.
Through efficient and controlled management, many of the residues generated—such as anodising sludge or polishing waste—are transformed into secondary raw materials suitable for the production of agricultural fertilisers, construction materials such as cement, bricks or technical blocks, among other industrial applications.
This approach not only reduces landfill disposal but also decreases the extraction of natural resources, directly contributing to a more sustainable and collaborative production model, where different industries mutually benefit.
